Customer Eligibility: The offer is valid for new and existing LWS customers, provided that the migration is to a newly acquired product.
Popular CMS: Free migration is available for CMS such as WordPress, PrestaShop, Joomla, Moodle, phpBB. We do not support the migration of sites created using a PHP Framework, the Drupal CMS, non-standard WordPress versions such as BedRock or with Python, Ruby, Django or Node.JS technologies. Sites created via WordPress.com are not migratable.
Mail provider: We can migrate the content of all your email addresses except Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace.
Limitation of Liability: LWS is not responsible for post-migration malfunctions not communicated prior to the DNS change of the domain name.

Migration volume limit: The volume of data to be transferred must not exceed 20GB for all websites and 100GB / email address. We migrate up to 1 website and 2 email addresses for the cPanel M and LWS Perso packages, 3 websites and 5 email addresses for the LWS Starter and cPanel L packages, and 5 websites and 10 email addresses for the LWS Performances, cPanel XL and Cloud cPanel packages. For more than this, a fixed fee of one hour per website or 30 minutes per email address is required.
