How do I connect with a Shell user?

1. Connect to your ISPConfig interface. To do this, go to your LWS customer area at https://panel.lws.fr

2. Click on the"Servers" tab at the top of the page.

3. Click on"Manage" behind the server for which you wish to connect to the ISPConfig interface.

4. Click on the"Administration Panel" button.

5. Click on"Sites" in the menu at the top of the page.

6. Click on the"Shell User" tab in the left-hand menu of your ISPConfig interface.

7. Then click on " New Shell User".

Select the domain name, then fill in the user name and password of your choice.

Then click on"Save".

How do I connect via FileZilla?

1. Retrieve your IP address from your customer area in the Servers section. You will be able to view the IP in the right-hand column.

2. Start FileZilla, then click on File > Site managers.

In the General tab, select SFTP Protocol > Then in Authentication type select Normal.

Enter the host name (the IP address of your server), the port (5804), the username and the password.
