What FTP settings are required for a main FTP account?

The FTP connection information you will need to connect to your FTP space is as follows:

• Host server : the host server is the FTP address of your server. This can be ftp.domain.com (replace domain.com with your domain name), domain.com or the server's IP address. In general, it is necessary to use an address pointing to your server. For this reason, it is often advisable to use information received by email.
• Username : This is the username you use to connect to your cPanel space.
• Password: Like the username, the password is the one you use to connect to your cPanel interface.
• Port: 21

All this information is sent to you by email when you subscribe to a package. If you have lost the login and password for your cPanel interface, you can change them in your customer area.
