A mailing list is a powerful tool for maintaining effective communication with your target audience. With LWS Panel, creating and managing a mailing list is simple. You can customize the settings to suit your needs. LWS mailing lists allow you to easily communicate with your customers, members or prospects.
Before creating a mailing list, you need to make sure that your hosting package has enough mailing lists for your needs. If this is not the case, you can consider changing to a larger package with more mailing lists.
Step 1: First you need to log in to your LWS customer area to access the management of your hosting or Pro mail service.
Step 2: Once in your hosting management, find the "Email addresses" section. Then click on "Mailing list".
Step 3: Then enter the distribution email address (1) in the"Create a distribution email address" section and click on"Submit". (2)

Step 3: In the"Summary & management of your emails" section, click on the bin button corresponding to the mailing list you wish to delete.

Step 2 : In the "Add a recipient"section , enterthe email address (1) you wish to attach to the previously created distribution address, then click on to confirm (2).
LWS lets you import a list of recipients automatically to populate your mailing list.
This import is carried out by means of a CSV file that you have to prepare in advance. This file should contain a single column listing the email addresses to be imported, with one email address per line.
Once the file has been created, you need to follow the steps below to proceed with the import:
Step 1: Once you have created your broadcast email address, click on "Configure" in the "Summary & management of your emails" section.
Step 2 : In the "Import an email list using a CSV file" section, click on the "Choose a file" button to import your file from your computer, then click on the "Confirm" button to start importing its contents.

Step 2 : In the "Summary of recipients" section, click on the bin button corresponding to the recipient you wish to delete.
Using the mailing list is very simple. To send emails to each member of the mailing list, simply send an email to the email address that serves as the name of the mailing list. In this way, the email sent to the name of the list will be passed on to all the email addresses on the list. The email address of the sender of each email will remain the email address of the sender of the initial email.
Please note, however, that the use of the mailing lists offered via the LWS Panel is subject to certain restrictions which are detailed in the next section of this documentation.
The number of mailing lists available depends on the hosting package. If you want to have more mailing lists than your package offers, you will need to change your package.
The maximum number of destination addresses that a mailing list can contain is 100 and cannot be increased. If you need to send an email to a larger number of recipients, you will need to use several mailing lists.
Mailings can only be sent in the following cases:
If these conditions are not met, you will receive the error message "Only senders from domain nom_de_domaine.fr can send mail to mailing@nom_de_domaine.fr".

Le fonctionnement d'un mailing liste (ou liste de diffusion), dès lors que les adresses dans la liste sont des adresses externes à votre domaine, les seules adresses qui peuvent activer et envoyer des mails vers la liste sont des adresses de votre domaine.
Dans le cas contraire, ou dans la mailing liste, il n'y a que des adresses de votre domaine alors se seront des adresses externes qui pourront activer votre mailing liste.
