• Follow this documentation for a package managed by the LWS Panel, an ASP Plesk package or a Mail Pro service.
• Follow this documentation for a package managed by cPanel.

How do I configure Thunderbird?

1. When you launch Thunderbird for the first time, a window opens

• Enter your first and last name (your name is displayed when you send a message), your e-mail address and password (the mailbox you created via your customer area).
• Click on Advanced configuration
• Enter only the Server Host Name field for the"IMAP" and"SMTP" servers, with the server mail.domain.ext or mailxxx.lwspanel.com (XXX to be replaced by the number indicated on your mailbox server).
• Then click on Re-test

3. The software checks that the data is correct (this stage takes about 1 or 2 minutes).

4. Just after the data has been checked, the software sends you to your mailbox and you can start sending or reading emails.
