What characters are permitted?

Alphanumeric characters are permitted in all domain names.

Hyphens ("-") are allowed in the domain name, but not as the 1st or last character.

Down dashes ("_") and full stops are not permitted.

Some extensions allow accents (.fr, .eu, .com, .be...).

How do I order a domain name?

1 First of all, you need to order a domain name on the website. To do this, enter the domain name in the box provided and then click on the"Search" button.

2. You will be redirected to a new page where you can check the availability of the domain name. The"Transfer" button means that the domain name is already taken. You can follow the procedure for transferring a domain name. If the domain is available for registration, click on the"Add to basket" button.

3. As soon as the domain name is in the basket, click on"Order".

4. Choose one of the options for your domain name. You can choose between theBasic option and the Business option. Click on"Continue my order" as soon as you have made your choice.

5. Choose your web hosting package. By default, a small 2 GB web hosting package is offered with each domain name. Click on the "Continue with my order" button once you have made your choice.

6. Check your order and click on"Confirm my order".

7. You can identify yourself before finalising the order if you wish. If not, fill in your details and click on the"Continue with my order" button.

8. Once the order has been paid for using the payment method of your choice, you will need to wait a maximum of one hour for your service to be active on your customer account.
