Introducing Premium SMTP

Premium SMTP is an optimised e-mail service enabling your websites and applications to entrust the sending of your e-mails to a network of highly reputable SMTP servers. The Premium SMTP service enables you to :

  • Prevent the IP address of the sending serverfrom being blocked by blacklists (RBL) or by your recipients' reputation systems.
  • Prevent spam being sent from our network thanks to a complex individual scan of the emails routed by our service: antispam analysis, antivirus scan and probability system.
  • Optimise the reputation of the sending SMTP server with the various email service providers around the world.

How can I benefit from the service?

The Premium SMTP service is currently being rolled out progressively, so the application may not yet be available on your cPanel interface.

The Premium SMTP service is active by default on shared cPanel packages and cannot be deactivated.

For CloudCP packages with a dedicated IP address, you can choose whether or not to activate the Premium SMTP network for email transmission. Note that activating the Premium SMTP network replaces the dedicated IP address used to send your email with those of the Premium SMTP network.

How do I manage Premium SMTP?

To manage Premium SMTP, go to your cPanel interface and click on the"Premium SMTP" icon:
