How do I transfer a domain name from One.com?

To transfer your .fr, .com, .net, .org, .eu, .info or other domain name from One.com, you need to :

• Check the status of the domain name, which must be ok / active / unlocked
• Have the authentication code (Auth Code)
• Follow the online procedure
  

How do I unlock the domain name and retrieve the Auth-Code from One.com?

1. Contact One.com customer service to declare your intention to cancel and transfer your domain name elsewhere.
2. You will receive a reply by e-mail, the status of your domain name will be unprotected and you will obtain the Auth-Code for your domain name.
3. Copy the code and send it to us from your LWS Panel customer area.
