How do I find the information I need to configure my email address?

To find the configuration settings for your email address, you must :

• Follow this documentation for a package managed by the LWS Panel, an ASP Plesk package or a Mail Pro service.
• Follow this documentation for a package managed by cPanel.

How do I manually configure my email address on an iPhone / iPad?

1. Press the"Settings" icon

2. Click on the"Mail" or"Passwords and accounts" tab (depending on the iOS version) to configure your email address.

3. Click on the "Add an account" tab.

4. Click on"Other".

5. Complete the fields indicated and click on the "Next" tab.

• In the Name field: Enter your name as you want it to appear to your recipients.
• In the Address field: Enter the email address you created from your Panel.
• In the Password field: Enter the password you chose when you created your e-mail address.
• In the Description field: Enter a name that can help you identify the account.
• Then press the " Save " button
  

6. Press IMAP

• In the Host name field: Enter the incoming server for your mailbox: mail.domaine.ext or mailxxx.lwspanel.com ("mailxxx.lwspanel.com" to be replaced by your own incoming server that you will have retrieved from your customer area).
• In the Username field: Enter the email address you created from your Panel
• In the Password field: Enter the password you chose when you created your email address.
• Now press"Save", your device will now test the connection to the server.

7 Enter the SMTP connection information.

How do I configure my email address using a QR code?

The first step is to generate the QR code needed to configure your email address.

To do this, connect to your email address via Roundcube webmail and click on"Settings" in the left-hand menu.

On the Roundcube settings page, click on"Mobile/PC/Mac configuration" in the menu.

This will display the QR code generated for installing the profile with the email address on your iPhone or iPad tablet.

Then take your iPhone or iPad tablet and scan the QR code with the"Camera" application

Open the file by clicking on the notification at the top of the screen

Then authorise the download of the configuration profile

Then close the download confirmation window.

Once the profile configuration file has been downloaded, all that's left to do is install it. To do this, go to your device's"settings".

Click on"Downloaded profile" in the suggested settings.

Your profile will appear, along with your email address. Click on"Install".

A warning appears, as the profile is not signed by Apple. Don't worry, this is normal, click "Install".

At this stage, if your device is configured with a lock code, it may ask you to enter it. Once you have done this, click "Install".

Once the profile has been installed, all you have to do is enter the password for the email address to complete the operation.

Click "OK" to finish.

You can now check in the"Mail" application on your device that the configuration has worked properly and that your device can send and check your emails.

How do I delete a profile (email address) previously saved on my iPhone or iPad?

If you wish to delete the email address on your device and therefore delete the profile, please follow the steps below.

Go to"Settings" on your device.

Then click on"General" in the suggested settings.

Select"VPN and device management" or"Profiles" depending on the version of iOS installed on the device.

Then select the profile you wish to delete.
