What is the support option?

When you subscribe to a VPS server, you can choose from 3 support options:

• BASIC: this option is available as soon as you subscribe to your VPS server. This option allows you to open an incident ticket with the technical service.
• BUSINESS package (€35 excl. VAT/month): this option allows you toget a priority response as soon as you open a ticket during the week (from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm).
• The CRITICAL offer (from €100 excl. VAT/month): this option allows you to benefit from a night and day on-call team for your server.

This option can be removed from your server at any time.

How do I remove the support option from a VPS server?

1. Log in to your customer area and click on the"Servers" tab, then on the "Manage" button.

3. Click on the"Service Level" button.

4. Click on the bin icon to delete the option.
